Why choose a fingerprint cabinet lock
The Fingerprint Cabinet Lock removes the need to carry a card or remember a PIN — a finger unlocks the cabinet, verified on-chip in under a second. Because the credential is biometric, it cannot be lost, shared, or photographed. The lock supports three independent credentials (fingerprint, PIN, MIFARE card) so a wet, gloved, or injured finger never locks a user out of their own cabinet.
How a fingerprint cabinet lock works
A user places a finger on the sensor; the lock matches the template on-chip and drives the latch. PIN and MIFARE card act as fallback credentials programmed together at deployment. Up to 100 fingerprints register per lock, supporting a personal cabinet, a shared office locker, or a spa unit. The lock runs on 4× AA alkaline cells with a standard mortise, retrofitting existing cabinets in minutes.
