Product overview

Why choose a dedicated sauna lock

A Sauna Lock takes the offline cabinet lock platform and tunes it for wet areas — the body and read head tolerate the humidity of a steam room or pool alcove, so the cabinet keeps working where standard electronics would corrode. Cards or PINs authenticate on-chip, so the lock needs no WiFi and no server in the wet room.

How a sauna lock works

A user taps a MIFARE card or enters a PIN; the lock verifies the credential on-chip in under 0.6 seconds and drives the latch. A manager card programs, revokes, and resets user credentials without re-keying. The lock runs on 4× AA alkaline cells with a standard mortise, so existing sauna and pool cabinets accept it with a 5-minute mechanical retrofit. A plastic or metal mortise matches cost-sensitive pool projects and heavier daily-use spa sites.
