Why choose an offline PIN cabinet lock
The PIN Code Electronic Cabinet Lock is a stand-alone keypad lock that authenticates a user locally and releases the latch with no physical key. Because the credential is stored and verified on the lock's own chip, the cabinet keeps working through any network outage — there is no WiFi dependency, no server to maintain, and no cloud account to provision. For a gym, spa, or office locker rollout, that means lower operating cost and no help-desk tickets when the site network is down.
How a PIN cabinet lock works
A user enters a PIN on the keypad, the lock verifies it on-chip, and a motor drives the latch. A manager MIFARE card overrides or backs up the PIN for shared and service lockers. The lock runs on 4× AA alkaline cells; a standard mortise and watchband fit means most existing cabinets accept the lock with a 5-minute mechanical retrofit — no rewiring.
